Central Coast understands the importance of efficient and effective service and hardware repair. All service calls are handled promptly to keep your downtime to a minimum. Our qualified technicians perform repairs on system and application software, hard drives, computer equipment, peripherals and network equipment. Service can be performed either on-site or at our service facility.

Each of our technical support engineers has extensive knowledge of Apple Macintosh products and is specially trained to work with you to get your questions answered quickly and effectively.

Our service doesn't stop at your desktop. We can assist you with training, application support, PDF and font matters, color printing, web development, backup, remote access and more. We are expert at helping you make the most of the computers, software and people that makeup your workflow.

Service Rates

Central Coast Solutions invoices at a rate of $125/hr for both on-site and depot service for all desktop computers and network services. Consulting, interactive, programming and server systems are invoiced at $135/hr. All service after 5pm weekdays or anytime on a weekend is billed at a rate of time x 1-1/2. If our service technicians come to you, an on-site travel fee of $65** is billed for each visit. Metro area pick-up and drop-off only deliveries are billed at a flat fee of $40.

Premium Support Plans

Our Premium Support Plans (Macintosh and Server/PC) are an economical and easy way to budget your service needs. By prepaying for blocks of service time, your organization is ensured immediate response to service needs, all within a known budget.

Under the service plan, virtually any service can be provided, including consulting, hardware/software service, networking, etc. Unlike other "service contracts", our support plans never expire! You never have to forfeit unused service hours and are under no time obligation to use them. Tracking of hours used is done for you and the balance of remaining hours is on every invoice. It couldn't be easier! Reasonable phone and email support for Service Plan subscribers is free of charge.

Premium Support Plans are available in 10 hour blocks at $1,200 ($120/hr), 20 hours at $2,300 ($115/hr) and 30 hours at $3,150 ($105/hr). With all pre-paid support plans, on-site travel fee is billed as 1/2 hour from your plan per visit. Pre-paid Support Plans are not refundable.

As an example, if you used 25 hours of service, comprised of 10 separate service calls, your total bill would be $3775. If you had pre-purchased a 30-hour Support Plan, the same service would cost you $3150 - a $625 savings!

Other Services

Consulting, workflow training, system planning, network design, database programming, web and graphic design services are performed on a time & materials basis at $125/hr or as agreed to in writing. We are flexible to your needs, and can negotiate rates for large or complex jobs.

For customers with needs including Wintel PCs, NT servers, WAN services and network support, our select PC business partners can work with you on everything from building your business infrastructure to fixing specific technical problems. While we specialize in Macintosh solutions for the print, advertising and design markets, Central Coast and our partners combined can provide absolutely everything required to consult, sell, service and support any size or type of business.
Terms

We accept purchase orders from approved accounts, all others are COD unless terms are arranged in advance. Apple Instant Loan and leasing options are available, ask your sales person for more details.

For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. A service & handling fee is included on all credit card orders.
