Our Pre-Paid Service Plans are an economical and easy way to budget for your service and support. By pre-paying for blocks of service time, your organization is ensured immediate response to service needs, all within a known budget.
Under the Service Plan, virtually any service can be provided, including consulting, hardware/software service, networking, etc. Unlike “service contracts” which charge you monthly fee whether you receive service or not, our Service Plans never expire, you never have to forfeit unused service hours and are under no time obligation to use them. Tracking of hours used is done for you and the balance of remaining hours is on every invoice.
The More You Buy, The More You Save!
Service Plans are available in 10 hour blocks for $1,200 ($120/hr), 20 hours for $2,300 ($115/hr) and 30 hours for $3,150 ($105/hr). With all pre-paid service plans, on-site travel is billed as 1/2 hour from your plan per visit. Pre-paid Service Plans are not refundable.
