Repair Rates

Central Coast Solutions invoices at a rate of $125/hr for both on-site and depot service for all desktop/server computers and network services. All service after 5pm weekdays or anytime on a weekend is billed at a rate of time and a half. If our service technicians come to you, an on-site travel fee of $65* is billed for each visit. Metro area pick-up and drop-off only deliveries are billed at a flat fee of $45.

* On-Site Travel Fee for inside the 494/694 loop. Outside the loop billed as hourly rate to and from your location. Service Plan holders are billed as 1/2 hour (inside loop) or actual travel time from your Service Plan.
